Though she is considered to be very easy going and cordial with the industrywallahs, yet the same doesn't apply for her staff members.
The otherwise very simple and down to earth actress was extremely cold to one of her staff member.
So we hear that this man who has been a loyal employee of the actress for a long time was not paid for the last two films that he worked on with her.
At first, when he inquired he was told by the actresses' manager that the money has not been paid by the producers, hence he hasn’t received his dues.
Troubled staff memeber then went to the producers’ office to figure out why they’ve delayed his payments?
The reply that he got shocked him as he was informed that the actress' manager was given the money long back. Shocked as he was, he rushed to the actress with the issue and explained her that this has happened quite a few times in the past as well.
Even then he had brought it to her notice but she didn't take any action against the manager.
This time however the staff member was in no mood to leave without getting a proper solution to his problem from the actress.
She first tried to explain him that this was a misunderstanding but when he stood his ground, his pleas fell on deaf ears.
The man was left with no choice but to quit his job empty handed, as the actress refused to take any action against her manager’s appalling activities.
